Order Confirmation:       

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Most items will ship within 2-3 business days once received at the warehouse.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@thebedroomemporium.com.

Return Policy:

1. Merchandise must not be installed and must be in 100% resalable new condition

2. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Contact info@thebedroomemporium.com

3. Customer pays return shipping costs back to Kingston Brass’s Warehouse

4. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, based on the value of the returned merchandise

5. Products purchased over 30 days are not returnable or exchangeable

6. NO RETURNS on glass,ceramic, porcelain, including toilets, sinks, bath tubs, consoles and vanities. These items are too delicate or bulky for us to accept as returns. For this reason, they are sold as Non-returnable merchandises or All Sales Final. Please make sure they will work for you improvement project before purchasing. 7. All returned items must be in original packaging, show no sign of physical damage or be missing parts. This may affect the amount credited on your return.
