The Kingston Creden-ZzZ  Murphy Cabinet Bed features natural wicker inlays on the drawer and front panel and is finished in warm amber and honey tones for that tropical vibe. Ornate hardware and attention to classical details are reminiscent of opulent bygone days. Perfect for upscale beach condos as well as traditional home decors. Blend with natural linen and plantation greens for an inspired island look. The flip top gives sleepers plenty of head room while keeping a low easy-to-use top surface. Simply move items to the back to flip open the top. Latches and safety chain are hidden inside for a clean exterior look.

Mattress:

Each Creden-ZzZ style cabinet bed comes with a tri-fold, high resilient foam mattress. This is a 6" thick mattress with 4" of base foam and 2" of softer foam on the top. Three mattess segments are sewn together and do not separate when laid flat. Mattress accordion folds to fit into the cabinet. The mattress comes with a 1 year guarantee, and takes standard sized sheets. Queen size 60"W x 80"L.

Order Confirmation:       

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:                                                                                                     

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@thebedroomemporium.com.

Damages:                                                                                                         

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@thebedroomemporium.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:                                                                                     

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Returns of undamaged merchandise must be made within 45 days. Merchandise that is returned damaged can not be resold and will be invoiced. There is a 15% restocking fee if an item is returned. If Arason Enterprises, Inc. ships the wrong item or ships defective merchandise, they will assume the cost to pick up and reship the correct item.

Repair and Replacement Parts:

Arason Enterprises will ship replacement parts for damaged or defective products if necessary. Often it is more cost effective to have the product repaired by an onsite furniture repair service than to ship a new product because of the size and weight of the cabinet. The cost of the repair and the cost of shipping those parts is the responsibility of the customer. In the case of defective merchandise, Arason Enterprises will cover the reshipping cost. The judgment of Arason Enterprises will be final as to all matters concerning the manner of repair.
